What we save
When you deliberately submit the contact form, the studio saves your name, email, phone, optional company, contact preference, and optional email marketing choice. Typing without submitting does not create a contact record. Selected products, uploaded artwork, design edits, revisions, cart items and submitted requests are saved in your workspace.
Who can see your designs
You and authorized Sobro staff can view your saved work, including unfinished drafts. This helps the team review and assist with your custom-hat request. Artwork is private and is not approved for public display merely by uploading it.
Requested contact and marketing
Sobro may use your submitted details to respond to your request. Promotional email requires a separate, optional opt-in. A phone number is not permission for promotional texts or automated calls. SMS and automated campaigns are not enabled in this release. Sobro permission does not enroll you in another brand’s marketing.
AI and external services
You can save and edit a draft without AI. Before a design can enter the cart, AI must create a finished look and you must approve it. With your explicit permission, finishing and chat refinements send your design instructions, hat mockup and artwork to OpenAI. Sobro does not attach your contact record or internal project notes. Requests, replies and generated images are saved in your private workspace. Your original artwork remains saved separately. Ordinary manual resizing and positioning do not contact the AI provider.
Retention and control
The proposed retention period is 365 days from meaningful activity, subject to Sobro’s approval. This staging build flags retention work for staff; it does not silently erase your projects. You can update contact details, withdraw marketing permission, download workspace data, and request access assistance or deletion from Details & preferences. Limited suppression hashes and security audit records may remain after deletion to honor preferences and protect access.
Secure return
Your device uses a secure session. An email address alone does not unlock prior projects. From your signed-in workspace, you can create a single-use recovery link that expires in 24 hours. Keep it private. Contact Sobro through the published channels on its official website if you need help accessing a project.
If you opt in to Sobro emails, we may send up to two reminders about an unfinished design or unsubmitted inquiry. Each includes a private, single-use return link that expires after 14 days and an unsubscribe link. We stop reminders when you return, submit, or unsubscribe.
Local recovery data
Pending design edits may be held in browser storage to recover from connection failures. The server database is the primary record. This studio does not use third-party analytics, session replay, covert contact capture, automated enrichment, or payment processing.
